Fred L. Nuss – Fred has held various positions in Systems and Operations at Insurance and Reinsurance companies over the past 25 years. Beginning as a Programmer at General Reinsurance (now Cologne-General Re) Fred was AVP of Application Development - Clarendon National Insurance Company, AVP and Director of MIS - Transamerica Reinsurance Company, Vice President Information Technology - Syndicated Services Company (providing services to Lloyds), and Vice President and COO – Five Mile River Underwriting Managers, prior to forming Insurance Technology Solutions in January 2000.

Dave Plante - Dave has over 27 years of software development experience in various business and engineering applications. Over the years, Dave has successfully designed and architected many scalable enterprise critical applications. He also has a thorough understanding of Insurance and Reinsurance business requirements. The combination of his significant technical experience and domain expertise affords our clients an opportunity to work with one of the industry's best.

Chief Executive - Offshore Resources

Mark Fernando - Mark has over 12 years experience in Software Engineering and Project Management. He has worked extensively within the U.S. Insurance and Reinsurance sector. He is a long time strategic associate of ITS and has worked both in the United States and from his native Colombo, Sri Lanka, where he now resides. Mark and his team are very well versed in both the business and technical requirements of successful software delivery in the insurance vertical.
